If you can't see the Flash videos on this site
you may need a (free): updated flash player
(most of the videos use flash)

For the Quicktime (H264) videos
you may need (free): Quicktime 7 or above

If you're using an iPhone or iPad etc
and can't see the videos then
check for a 'iPhone iPad version' button at the top of page

If video doesn't play smoothly then
click to pause and wait a bit for video to load,
or click 'smaller video' button if available
